Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional FOR Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Technical Operations or Facility Manager oversees the technical infrastructure, building systems, and daily facility or site operations to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance

Title : AGM Technical Operations

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- The AGM/GM Facility Technical Operations will lead hard and Soft services delivery, electro-mechanical infrastructure (MEP), engineering compliance, and asset life-cycle management across multi-site enterprise operations.




- This role is responsible for ensuring 99.99% operational uptime of critical utilities, managing large technical operations teams, driving energy efficiency programs, and enforcing rigorous safety and operational standards.
- Lead and build a SME team to provide technical support to segment operations team
- Train and provide exposure to SME team on India process and technology
- Provide / Validate Business development support for Capability Presentation, scoping of technical requirement and help for FM services delivery solution
- Attend client meetings to support segment for both prospective & existing client to demonstrate Sodexo core value and capability
- Establish benchmark data pertaining FM business through various data points
- Experience in process improvement, troubleshooting, team management, budget management, and more.
- This professional is an excellent communicator with interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and their core competencies include implementing business plans, training the workforce, setting KPIs, and promoting the design development of logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education : B.Tech / Diploma

Experience : 15-20 years of total experience in Maintenance field with minimum 5 years’ experience in FM industry
