Role Description The AEM Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and templates to support the company’s digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing content management solutions, integrating AEM with internal and external systems, configuring JCR repositories, and working with Jakarta EE-based services.

The AEM Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize application performance, ensure code quality through reviews and testing,



and support deployment and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including object-oriented programming and familiarity with modern development practices.
- Candidates should possess Content Management expertise, particularly in Adobe Experience Manager and related CMS tools.
- Candidates should possess experience working with JCR (Java Content Repository) for content storage, retrieval, and structure management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Services and Jakarta EE for building and integrating backend services and APIs.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, debugging skills, and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience with Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and version control systems (such as Git) is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are important.
