Role Description The Advocate role at Legal Assure is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The Advocate will review and draft property-related legal documents, including MOUs, agreements to sale, sale deeds, and consultation notes. Daily responsibilities include conducting title searches, verifying property ownership and compliance, advising clients on legal risks, and coordinating with internal loan and registration teams.

The Advocate will represent clients in relevant legal proceedings when required, liaise with government and registration offices,



and ensure that all documentation adheres to applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate case records, explaining legal processes in clear language, and supporting a transparent and client-centric service experience.

Qualifications

- Strong legal drafting and review skills, particularly for property agreements, sale deeds, and MOUs.
- Experience in property law, title search, due diligence, and verification of ownership and encumbrances.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant real estate, registration, and taxation laws and regulations.
- Effective client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and neutrally.
- Proficiency in coordinating with government offices, registration authorities, and financial institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); enrollment with a Bar Council and eligibility to practice law.
- Prior experience in real estate or conveyancing practice in Pune or similar jurisdictions is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and ability to manage multiple matters in a structured manner.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team setting and meeting time-sensitive transaction deadlines.
