Role Description The Admissions Counselor will support prospective learners through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment in Ethans Tech programs. This full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division involves responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, explaining course offerings and certification pathways, and guiding applicants in selecting suitable programs. The role includes following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems,



coordinating with training and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for learners and their families.

The Admissions

Counselor will also participate in outreach activities, information sessions, and events, and contribute to achieving admissions and revenue targets while upholding Ethans Tech’s standards of professionalism and learner support.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners, parents, and corporate clients.
- Customer Service skills to provide timely, empathetic, and solution-focused support throughout the admissions journey.
- Sales skills to manage leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and meet admissions targets ethically and transparently.
- Education-related knowledge or experience to clearly explain IT training programs, certification pathways, and career outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, business, or IT is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or admissions management tools.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, academic advising, or training institutes is preferred but not mandatory.
