Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR (Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram) India. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admission process, including responding to inquiries, explaining school programs, fees, and policies, and conducting campus tours or orientation sessions. The role involves maintaining accurate admission records, coordinating with academic and administrative staff, and following up with leads to ensure timely application completion.

Counselor will also participate in outreach activities,



school events, and admission drives, while providing respectful, informed support to diverse applicants.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for engaging with students, families, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively address inquiries, promote school offerings, and support enrollment targets.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education practices and school environments to accurately represent programs and admission criteria.
- Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or front-office roles within educational or service-oriented organizations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Education, Psychology, or Management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and use basic office and admission management software.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and sensitivity when working with diverse students and families.
