Role Description The Admission Counsellor will work full time on-site at the Raipur head office, supporting students and families through the entire admission and counseling process. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting and counseling students about suitable courses, colleges, and career paths; explaining admission procedures and eligibility criteria; and guiding them on entrance exams and application timelines. The role involves responding to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone calls, email, and digital platforms,



as well as maintaining accurate records of student interactions and application status.

The Admission

Counsellor will collaborate with internal teams and partner institutions, follow up with prospective students, and support documentation, application submission, and admission confirmation. The position requires a skilled, student-centric approach and adherence to the organization’s standards for transparent and ethical counseling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and academic partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide supportive, student-focused guidance.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to convert inquiries into admissions while maintaining ethical, consultative counseling practices.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in higher education admissions, counseling, or academic advising.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Counseling, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Additional beneficial skills include fluency in English and Hindi, familiarity with Indian higher education systems, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools), and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in admission counseling, education consulting, or student-facing roles in the education sector is an advantage.
