- Candidates with sales experience in IIM, Tech, Degree, or Certification programs.
- Experience in EdTech / Education / Course Sales will be preferred.
- Solid communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable with sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students/professionals on relevant courses and programs.
- Handle leads and convert them into admissions.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage the complete counselling and conversion process.
