Job Summary

VerifyON is looking for an experienced Background Verification (BGV) Operations Executive to manage end-to-end physical address verification operations, including case allocation, field executive coordination, TAT monitoring, report quality checks, and final report submission to clients.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BGV operations, preferably in physical address verification.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and review address verification cases from clients.
- Allocate cases to field executives based on PIN code coverage and availability.
- Coordinate with field executives and monitor case progress through the VerifyON platform.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure completion within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
- Review verification details, field remarks, and geo-tagged photographs submitted through the mobile application.
- Check report accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Prepare and submit final verification reports in Excel, PDF, or client-specific formats.
- Coordinate with clients regarding case status, report queries, and operational requirements.
- Resolve issues related to incomplete cases, incorrect details, and field verification delays.
- Maintain daily case trackers, MIS reports, and pending-case updates.




- Ensure compliance with client-specific SOPs and data confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in BGV operations, preferably physical address verification.
- Practical knowledge of case allocation, field executive coordination, and report submission.
- Understanding of verification workflows and TAT management.
- Good Excel, email communication, and MIS reporting skills.
- Robust coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience with a BGV company or verification agency.
- Experience handling field executives and PIN code-based case allocation.
- Familiarity with digital verification platforms and mobile applications.
- Experience managing client-specific reporting requirements.
