Required Inventory Control Manager for an well renowned brand

Location - Ratlam (MP)

SKU and Pricing Management Own the creation and maintenance of all product SKUs and their selling prices in the system. Ensure pricing is accurate and consistent across every showroom.

2. Purchase Planning Plan and drive replenishment of fast-selling (hero) designs and current purchases. Ensure showrooms are stocked in line with the approved assortment plan.

3. Purchase Order Management Be accountable for raising purchase orders for replenishment and replacement requirements. Ensure orders reflect actual showroom needs and approved budgets.

4. Vendor Delivery Management Ensure vendors deliver orders as committed. Take ownership of resolving and escalating delays that affect stock availability.

5. Planogram and Assortment Management Own the planogram and assortment plan for all showrooms. Ensure the product range, display and stock levels remain aligned with sales performance and customer demand.

6. Inventory Accuracy and Audits Be accountable for the accuracy of physical stock against system records. Ensure discrepancies are identified,



reported and resolved.

7. Quality Control of Stock Ensure all stock in showrooms is in saleable condition, correctly labelled and correctly priced. Take ownership of damaged or unsaleable stock until it is repaired, returned or disposed of.

8. Inventory Holding and Ageing Ensure stock keeps moving and does not remain idle in any department. Prevent ageing of inventory to protect working capital and margins.

9. Stock Transfers and Rotation Oversee movement and rotation of stock between stores and showrooms. Ensure every design gets adequate exposure and every transfer is traceable.

10. Vendor Relationships and Negotiation Maintain vendor agreements, terms and price lists. Drive improvements in making charges and purchase terms for the company.

11. Vendor Returns Be accountable for returning eligible stock to vendors as per agreed terms. Ensure every return is completed and closed.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
