About the Role

Pratham is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to manage the post-sales phase of client projects. You will be the link between the client, the sales team and the delivery team. You will turn closed deals into transparent requirements, well-defined scope and smooth project kick-offs, so that projects are delivered on time and clients stay satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Take over closed deals from the sales team and run a structured handover and project kick-off

Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows)

Define project scope, deliverables, timelines and assumptions, and get client sign-off

Work with development, design and QA teams to make sure requirements are understood and delivered correctly

Manage change requests, scope changes and their impact on cost and timeline

Act as the main point of contact for clients during the project, handling queries, expectations and escalations

Run requirement workshops, demos, UAT sessions and client review meetings

Prepare wireframes, flow diagrams and acceptance criteria

Track project progress,



risks and dependencies, and report status to management

Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and renewals, and pass them to the sales team

Make sure projects match the commitments made during the sales process

Requirements

B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a related field

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in post-sales, pre-delivery or client-facing project roles

Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation and stakeholder management

Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile / Scrum and project delivery

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma / Balsamiq, MS Visio and MS Excel

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time

Experience with IT services or software product projects is preferred
