I’m looking for a reliable player based in India for an ongoing freelance role involving routine monster hunting, character leveling, and collecting in-game resources.

Working Hours and Commitment

- Available playing hours: 1:00 PM–11:00 PM India Standard Time (IST).
- You can choose your own starting time within this window.
- A minimum commitment of 40 hours per week is required. (You may take breaks or rest depending on how you feel, but I’m specifically looking for someone who can consistently commit to at least 40 hours each week.)
- This is a remote role intended for a steady, long-term arrangement.

Payment and Internet Support

- Gameplay earnings are calculated using an agreed experience-point (EXP) target. Each completed hourly EXP target earns one hour’s worth of pay at the agreed rate.
- Gameplay payment is based on completed EXP targets, rather than login time alone.
- I will test the target beforehand to confirm it is achievable. The exact target and payment amount will be explained before you start.
- If you maintain at least 40 hours of play every week for a full month, I will provide support toward your monthly internet bill. Details will be confirmed before starting.

Gameplay and Communication

- The work mainly consists of simple, repetitive monster hunting.
- You may watch videos or enjoy other personal activities alongside the game, provided you remain attentive and meet the agreed targets.
- Once you become familiar with the game and hunting routine,

the targets should be easy to achieve.
- You must keep your game screen shared through Discord throughout every gameplay session.
- All training and work communication will be in English. Intermediate English or above is required.

Paid Training

- Training will take place through Microsoft Teams.
- The entire setup and training process, including game installation, will take no more than two hours.
- You will receive a fixed training payment equivalent to two hours at the agreed rate, even if the session finishes sooner. This payment is separate from EXP-based gameplay earnings.

Requirements

- Your own computer and a reliable internet connection capable of gaming and continuous screen sharing.
- Availability for at least 40 hours per week.
- Intermediate English or above.
- Basic computer skills and online gaming experience.
- Ability to use Discord and Microsoft Teams.
- Reliability and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- MMORPG experience is preferred.

- Your gaming experience.
- Your computer specifications and internet speed.
- Your English proficiency level.
- Your usual availability within 1:00 PM–11:00 PM IST.
- Confirmation that you can consistently play at least 40 hours per week and maintain Discord screen sharing while playing.
