Job Description: Team Lead – Operations (Fintech Process)

- Designation: Team Lead – Operations
- Process: Fintech / Financial Services
- Location: Malad, Mumbai
- Experience: 4+ years of overall experience
- Team Lead Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead (must be documented on paper)
- CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
- Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday (fixed)
- Communication: C1-level communication skills required

Key Requirements

- Must have experience in Fintech, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Compliance, or Financial Services.
- Prior experience handling international voice processes is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of documented Team Lead experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid leadership,



team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage team performance and ensure compliance with process guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Fintech, AML, Compliance, or Financial Services and a background in international voice operations are encouraged to apply.
