Position Details

- Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager – International Tours

- Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in the travel industry, with international tours experience
- Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on qualifications, experience, and skill set
- Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead & Enquiry Management

- Manage daily online leads, customer enquiries, incoming phone calls, and website enquiries.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective conversion of leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure no potential enquiry is missed.
- Work closely with the branch marketing team, which will provide leads and enquiries.

2. International Destination Expertise

- Possess strong knowledge of major international destinations, including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and other popular long-haul destinations.




- Understand customer preferences, travel requirements, budgets, and expectations.
- Design and customise international tour packages with suitable itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel arrangements.
- Provide expert destination guidance and recommend suitable travel experiences.

3. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Drive enquiry conversion through effective sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services.
- Monitor the overall branch sales performance and work towards achieving branch targets.

4. Branch Operations & Team Management

- Assist in managing the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Monitor team performance, sales productivity, and customer service standards.
- Guide and support team members in achieving their individual and collective targets.
- Ensure professional handling of customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the travel industry,



particularly in international tour operations or travel sales.
- Strong destination knowledge of Europe, Australia, Current Zealand, Japan, and other international destinations.
- Proven experience in customised international holiday planning and itinerary designing.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong team handling and leadership capabilities.
- A target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Compensation & Growth

Salary: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, destination expertise, and sales capabilities.
