As a ORM Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for measuring, maintaining and improving the quality of our content outreach programs. You must be an out of the box thinker with an excellent command over the English language.

Responsibilities
Analyze reputation factors and measure brand reputation
Create an amazing client experience by providing positive content via email, posts, and tweets
Contribute to the brand's excellent reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services from different outlets, including search engines, social media and communities, blogs, and forums
Examine the facts surrounding social media (negative) comments to provide positive and professional responses
Recognize possible negative situations and crises and use conflict resolution concepts to solve issues




Provide mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with online reputation threats
Monitor and assess revised and current content to make improvement suggestions for SEO optimization
Detect ongoing trends and mitigation options by collecting and analyzing online data
Submit regular reports to the management
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management
- Hands-on experience with social analytics, SEO, business intelligence, and social media listening tools, such as Sprout Social, Keyhole, Mention, and BuzzSumo
- Working knowledge of content development and management
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills
