BluOne is seeking a detail-oriented Design Lead to drive creative excellence across all visual communication touchpoints. This role requires a seasoned communication design professional with a strong foundation in graphic design, communication design, UI, and branding , along with a knack for managing complex projects and leading cross-functional design initiatives. Youll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to bring our brand and message to life.

Lead and execute end-to-end design projects, including UI design, branding, marketing collaterals, presentations, and campaigns.

- Translate business goals and marketing strategies into compelling visual assets that reflect the brands personality and purpose.




- Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints while maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
- Oversee timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high quality standards.
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies when required, ensuring brand alignment and creative consistency.
- 4 - 8 years of hands-on design experience in communication design, UI/UX, and branding—preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, UI design, branding , and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience leading design projects from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch , etc.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills —able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects with ease.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- A creative problem-solver whos passionate about visual design and user experience.
