TeamNest serves SME and mid market businesses across India that want to spend less time on HR administration and more time on growth. Team members work closely with the founders and leadership, and TeamNest is now expanding in Mumbai, hiring three Sales Executives to lead the charge.

The Sales Executive is a full time, on site field sales role based in Mumbai. Every Indian business has to run payroll and stay compliant, and most are still doing it the hard way, so the opportunity in this role is large and growing. The Sales Executive will acquire current clients across Mumbai's SME and mid market companies, drive large deals with manpower agencies, and build a network of channel partners who bring in referrals. Building and managing a live pipeline of 50 or more prospects in Pipedrive, keeping it accurate and moving

- Closing large deals with manpower agencies in facility management, security and housekeeping
- Activating and growing a network of 3 to 5 channel partners, such as CA firms, HR consultants and payroll brokers, through to referral closure
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B direct sales, with deals you have personally closed
- Experience in SaaS, HRMS, payroll or business software
- A working understanding of PF, ESIC, PT and TDS, or the drive to learn them fast
- Comfort with CRM tools and Excel or Google Sheets
- A graduate degree in any stream, with an MBA preferred
