KPI Partners is seeking an experienced EBS Techno-Functional Analyst to join our energetic team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS Financial Systems and a passion for driving transition projects to modern platforms such as Fabric.This role requires both technical expertise and functional knowledge to support our clients in optimizing their financial processes.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze and understand business requirements related to financial systems and translate them into technical specifications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrations between Oracle EBS and Fabric, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.- Configure and customize Oracle EBS Financial Modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions promptly.- Develop and execute test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT)



to ensure quality deliverables.- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in financial systems and provide recommendations for system enhancements.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst with a focus on Oracle EBS Financial Systems.- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS, including modules, database structures, and integration methodologies.- Experience with Fabric and understanding of the transition from Oracle EBS to Fabric is highly desirable.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
