Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Sell credit cards to new-to-bank customers through a team of field sales executives.
- Deliver daily and monthly credit card sales targets and maintain team productivity.
- Hire, onboard and train sales executives and deliver daily product and pitch refreshers.
- Track applications through to card delivery and resolve customer complaints within TAT.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream from an accredited university; age up to 36.
- Team management, hiring, motivation and training skills.
- Valuable communication skills and presentable on field; adherence to KYC and compliance standards.
