Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.

Job Posting & Sourcing: Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment portals. Proactively search for candidates through multiple channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct telephonic interviews,



and coordinate face-to-face or virtual interviews with hiring managers.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience.

Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding for new employees by coordinating documentation, orientation, and initial training.

Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's brand on various platforms to attract potential candidates.

Preferred Skills

Experience with campus recruitment or bulk hiring is a plus.

Knowledge of HR functions beyond recruitment (e.g., employee engagement, performance management).
