About ICON ICON is a landscape architecture and engineering design firm founded in Abu Dhabi in 2006. We combine landscape architecture with urban infrastructure and engineering expertise to deliver parks, waterfronts, streetscapes and public realm projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider regional markets. Our Bengaluru design office provides design production and technical delivery support to our UAE and KSA project teams. Draft, review and administer sub-consultancy agreements, task orders and work requests through the full contract lifecycle

- Ensure insurance, legal and other contractual requirements are met before contract execution
- Prepare client invoices and manage the billing cycle in coordination with project managers, including follow-up on payments
- Verify and process sub-consultant invoices against contract terms and agreed progress
- Maintain the contract log, filing system and commercial reports, and support staff on contract compliance

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract administration or commercial roles,



preferably in an AEC or consultancy environment

- Experience drafting and administering contracts and running competitive bidding processes
- Working knowledge of invoicing, billing and contract documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is an advantage

Work on large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, including landmark public realm, urban and infrastructure projects in the UAE and KSA
