The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project planning, scheduling, and execution activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables and milestones, maintaining project documentation and reports, and ensuring adherence to established PMO processes to facilitate on-time and within-scope project delivery.

Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.

- Maintain project trackers, reports, and dashboards to ensure real-time visibility of project status.
- Monitor project risks, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Support budget tracking, procurement coordination, and timesheet management.




- Ensure all project activities comply with company PMO standards and processes. Strong attention to detail with outstanding time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA).
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or project support role.
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications (a plus).
- Experience working in IT, public sector, or infrastructure project environments.
