We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, manage a team of finance professionals, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, accounting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with global teams in a dynamic business setting.

Lead and supervise day-to-day accounting operations

Oversee Accounts Payable, General Ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and inter-company accounting

Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial close processes





Prepare financial reports, management reports, and variance analysis

Support audits and statutory compliance requirements

Manage banking activities and balance sheet reconciliations

Mentor, train, and develop accounting team members

Track key financial metrics and support business decision-making

CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification

- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Prior team management or supervisory experience
- Experience in BPO, KPO, ITES, or shared services environments is preferred
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
