Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.- Configure and maintain Workday Financial Management modules to meet business and finance requirements.- Design and maintain financial business processes, security roles, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement functional enhancements.- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations and recommend best practices.- Support financial process optimization, system improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.- Configure and support financial reporting, data validation, and reconciliation activities.- Conduct functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and process documentation.- Deliver user training and support change management activities to ensure successful system adoption.- Support Workday releases, updates, and continuous system optimization.Required Skills & Experience :- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring,



or supporting Workday Financials.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and enterprise financial management processes.- Knowledge of Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management, Cash Management, and Financial Planning.- Experience with Workday business process configuration, security roles, and financial reporting.- Understanding of Workday integrations with third-party financial and enterprise systems.- Experience with requirements gathering, functional testing, UAT, and production support.- Ability to translate finance business requirements into scalable and effective Workday solutions.- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience leading end-to-end Workday Financials implementation projects.- Exposure to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.- Experience with third-party integrations, financial data migration, and reconciliation.- Workday Financial Management certification is an advantage.
