You will set the analytical foundation for a company moving real money at speed, with the room to define how the function works. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will own the analytical engine of the business, setting modelling standards, guiding a small team, and turning unit economics into decisions leadership can act on.
Own the core financial model and unit-economics framework
Set standards for forecasting, reporting, and analysis
5 to 10 years in FP&A;, finance, or analytics, including a lead role

- Expert financial modelling and a sharp commercial instinct
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Experience in fintech, payments, or a high-growth startup
Hands-on with SQL and a BI tool such as Looker or Tableau
CFA, CA, or an MBA in Finance
