We are seeking a Business Development Manager to seek out and develop new business opportunities. Prakria is a young, dynamic, and quick-moving company, and the ideal candidate will be ambitious and keen to have a genuine influence on shaping the future growth of our business.

Stay up-to-date with developments in the communications industry and agency market.
Identify areas for expansion and development.
Develop a targeted long-term new business strategy, including regional and international growth.
Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end-of-month reports on revenue and market performance.
Contribute to sales and marketing collateral,



positioning the business for various audiences.
Maximize networking opportunities through conferences, events, and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a network of contacts.

Skills, Qualification, and Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, New Business, or Account Management roles (face-to-face experience is imperative; experience in media, marketing, and communications preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written, and face-to-face).
Consultative sales skills: balance of soft sell approach and hard sell closure.
Experience working in a marketing/agency/media environment with an understanding and passion for the industry.
