Avro Helmets is seeking a Social Media Manager Intern to help strengthen its digital presence and build an engaged online community. This opportunity is suited to someone who combines creative content thinking with a practical understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

- Develop engaging content ideas and publishing plans for social media pages.
- Create, coordinate, and optimize posts, captions, short-form content, and community-focused campaigns.
- Grow audience engagement through thoughtful community management, timely responses, and relevant conversations.
- Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns across suitable platforms.
- Track campaign and page performance, interpret key metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual direction.

Requirements





- Strong interest in social media management, content creation, community building, and digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of social media advertising and performance marketing concepts.
- Ability to write transparent, engaging copy and identify content that can improve reach and interaction.
- Comfort with reviewing analytics and using performance insights to refine campaigns.
- Good communication, organization, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- This is a six-month internship, with the first three months unpaid and a paid stipend of ₹10,000–₹50,000 per month thereafter. The role may provide an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.
