About the job
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Career Launcher, you'll help plan and deliver engaging campaigns across social platforms, turning marketing priorities into transparent content and measurable activity.
Key responsibilities:

1. Create and schedule social media content that fits campaign goals, platform formats, and the intended audience.
2. Manage Career Launcher's Facebook and Instagram publishing calendar, keeping posts timely, consistent, and aligned with approved messaging.
3. Support paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns by preparing creative briefs, setting up ads, and monitoring performance against campaign objectives.
4. Review engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion data; share concise reports and recommend practical improvements.
5. Test different post formats, captions, and audience segments to learn what resonates and refine future campaigns.
6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, obtain approvals, and keep campaign assets accurate and on schedule.
7. Monitor comments and messages, respond in line with brand guidance, and flag questions or issues that need further attention. Skill(s) required
