Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive to join our recruitment team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.




Maintain recruitment trackers, daily reports, and recruitment MIS.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
