Infoblox is hiring for the role of Apprentice - Enterprise TSE!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Learn and assist in providing remote technical support to Infoblox customers and partners.
- Shadow senior engineers and gradually take ownership of support cases under supervision.
- Help diagnose network issues and document resolutions.
- Participate in training sessions and support lab activities for product testing.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Positive verbal and written communication; passion for troubleshooting.
- Coursework, internships or certifications in networking, Linux or Windows are a plus.
