Coach members on fundraising readiness: narrative, deck structure, metrics, and ask
- Help members build and refine targeted investor shortlists (fit over volume)
- Support outreach workflows: sequencing, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene
- Prep members for diligence: data room basics, FAQs, and term sheet literacy
- Uphold XClub's code: no pitching or selling inside community gatherings or sessions
2 to 5 years in fundraising, venture, investment banking, or founder-facing startup ops
- Hands-on experience with seed to Series A processes (or equivalent)
- Strong writing and judgment on what a strong raise looks like
- Member fundraising details stay private
