About the Role : We are looking for a Product Manager with 3 - 7 years of experience who will own the customer-facing demand engine at FirstClub. This is a high-ownership role where you will have the chance to shape the product experience and build the demand-side foundation for a rapidly scaling retail business.Build Personalization & Recommendations : Build and evolve personalized experiences based on customer behaviour, preferences, purchase history, and context.- Demand Forecasting & Customer Intent : Work closely with Supply Chain and Data teams to translate customer demand signals into actionable insights.- Pricing, Promotions & Offers : Partner with Category, Growth,



and Business teams on demand-side pricing and promotion products.- Customer Experience & Trust : Build product experiences that reinforce FirstClub's promise of Trust, Quality, and Value.- What We Are Looking For : - 3 - 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer internet, e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, marketplaces, or consumer technology.- Experience building products involving search, discovery, recommendations, personalization, growth, or conversion is highly preferred.- Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams.-
