Key responsibilities:
1-Business Development & Sales
Identify and approach prospective customers through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and business requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2-Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities from existing clients.
3-Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify emerging market opportunities and customer needs.
Provide market feedback to management for product and service enhancements.
4-Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities in CRM.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Track sales funnel metrics and conversion ratios. Skill(s) required
