About the Company:

Randstad GCC is building a high-performing operations function in Hyderabad to support recruitment and talent-focused services for global stakeholders. This role will work closely with teams aligned to the US market and contribute to consistent, responsive, and process-driven delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations supporting US talent, recruitment, or GCC workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams and global stakeholders working in US time zones.
- Track operational activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of requests.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and help maintain service quality and compliance.
- Prepare reports, monitor key performance indicators,



and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues through structured follow-up and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Preferred experience in the talent or recruitment industry, or within a GCC setup.
- Comfort working US shift timings and collaborating with international teams.
- Robust organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
