Regency Electricals is a Bengaluru-based company specialising in industrial electrical products and components, serving businesses across various industries with quality products and reliable customer service.

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Field Sales Executive to develop recent business, build relationships with industrial customers and grow sales of our electrical products. The right candidate will be comfortable meeting customers in person, identifying opportunities, following up on enquiries and working towards sales targets.

Visit factories, manufacturing units, electrical contractors, panel builders, dealers and other relevant business customers.

Identify prospective customers, generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline.

Introduce and promote the company’s industrial electrical products based on customer requirements.

Achieve agreed monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales outcomes.





Coordinate with the internal sales and back-office teams to support order processing and customer service.

1–3 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred; experience in electrical products, industrial supplies, automation, hardware or distribution is an advantage.

- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally across Bengaluru for customer visits.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, maintain sales records and work towards targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

A self-motivated and disciplined salesperson who enjoys meeting customers, building long-term business relationships, generating new opportunities and taking ownership of sales results.
