As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support of chiller and HVAC systems. Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.

Repairing all types of HVAC equipment.

Supporting team coordination with the Service Coordinator for movement planning, parts arrangements, and resource needs.

Conducting weekly team meetings covering safety, site audits, and backlog status.

Updating the Service Manager and Coordinator with monthly plans and progress.

Handling service and commissioning of all models of chillers and low-side equipment as per company guidelines.

Conducting RCA for failures and sharing details with the Quality team and FFL.

Managing customer service requirements and ensuring timely resolution.

Generating leads during service interactions.

Ensuring high-quality job execution and timely completion of assigned service tasks.

Submitting daily reports to the office and ASM.





Sharing service reports with the Deployer along with parts requirements.

Maintaining a valid 4-wheeler/2-wheeler driving license.

Applying hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services.

Using MS Office, email, and basic internet applications effectively for reporting and documentation.

Solid technical understanding of chillers and HVAC systems.

Strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on service expertise.

Basic operational knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet tools.

Graduation/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, R∾, Electrical, or Electronics.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of on-site experience working on chillers.

Solid technical knowledge of chiller systems and HVAC service practices.
