Associate Professor Location: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Professor & IQAC In-charge to lead our academic initiatives while also contributing to teaching and research. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, industry experience, and a passion for developing future banking and management professionals.

Research and Development

- Promote a research-oriented environment by encouraging faculty and students to undertake research projects.
- Facilitate collaboration with industry, government agencies, and other institutions for research funding and joint projects.
- Oversee the establishment of research centers, laboratories, and innovation hubs.
- Guide faculty and students in publishing research papers, patents, and securing grants.
- Organize research conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance the institution's research profile.

Ensure adherence to quality assurance parameters as per NBA/NAAC guidelines.

- Organize training and workshops for faculty and staff on accreditation requirements.
- Develop action plans for continuous improvement and monitor their implementation.

Academic Administration

- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement in line with AICTE guidelines and industry trends.




- Ensure effective delivery of academic programs through faculty mentoring and training.
- Monitor student performance and provide strategic interventions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and technology-driven learning approaches.
- Organize workshops, guest lectures, and faculty development programs to enhance teaching quality.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence and continuous learning.
- Contributing to planning, execution, and monitoring of examinations and assessments.

Ensure transparency, fairness, and adherence to examination regulations and policies.
· Address grievances related to examinations and ensure smooth operations.
As a Professor:

- Mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
- Supervise student projects and dissertations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- D. from a recognized university.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance with valuable academic credentials.
- Proven track record in research, faculty development, and academic administration.
- Experience in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment strategies.
- Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or corporate management sector is preferred.
- Research acumen with a proven track record of publications (preferred).
