Key Responsibilities :- Implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements.- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.- Configure Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, and security roles.- Support modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management.- Support Workday integrations, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and data migration activities.- Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support, enhancements, and issue resolution.- Perform unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for Workday changes.- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes and system efficiency.- Support Workday releases, system updates, and ongoing optimization initiatives.Required Skills & Experience :- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementation, configuration,



or support.- Strong knowledge of Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, and Workday security.- Familiarity with Compensation, Advantages, Absence, and Talent Management modules.- Understanding of Workday integrations, EIBs, and data migration processes.- Experience with functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.- Ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and prepare functional documentation.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience working on end-to-end Workday HCM implementation or enhancement projects.- Exposure to Workday release management and feature updates.- Experience supporting HR transformation or process-improvement initiatives.- Workday certifications in relevant HCM modules are an advantage.
