You'll own TeamNest's brand, content and paid growth engine

Brand & content

Our brand identity, kept consistent across digital, print, events and offline touchpoints

Social content and campaigns that spark engagement and enquiries

A thought leadership program that puts our founders in media interviews, opinion pieces and speaking slots

Newsletters, case studies, PR, partnerships and community programs that turn customers into advocates

Performance marketing & paid media

Paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google, from strategy and audience targeting to creative, launch and optimisation

Monthly paid media budgets,



allocated by channel based on cost per lead and lead quality

Landing pages, ad creatives and A/B tests that steadily lower cost per lead and lift conversions

Full-funnel tracking from click to lead to demo to closed client, in partnership with Sales

5+ years in brand, content, communications or digital marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS or professional services

- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, with budgets you managed and results you can show
- CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, GA4 and CRM attribution
- Experience with PR, events, partnerships or influencer collaborations
- An MBA or PGDM in Marketing, Communications or Brand Management (preferred)
- Bonus points: experience in HR tech, FinTech or SaaS, B2B lead generation for HR, finance or founder audiences, and familiarity with marketing automation tools or agency management.
