This is a full-time remote role for Chief of Staff at a cutting edge tech startup shaping the future of generative AI in healthcare.

The Chief of Staff will oversee daily operations, align company priorities with its vision, and facilitate decision-making processes. The role involves managing executive calendars, leading special projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams.



The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for ensuring effective communication across all departments and fostering a team-oriented work environment.

An ideal candidate should have the following experience and or passion in -
Organizational and project management skills
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
Experience in a leadership or executive support role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience in the startup environment is a plus

You will get hands on experience with operations, product management, business development, partner management, fund raising, campaign management. Great learning experience for a young dynamic contributor.
