As a Frontline PS Support Engineer on the Support Team in our Gurugram Office, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class technical support to our global client base, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. You'll be the front line of support for Taboola's clients—tackling technical challenges, improving processes, and helping customers get the most from our platform. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional support and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, this is the role for you.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a technical support role

Hands-on experience with SQL and APIs

Proficiency in support tools such as Jira and Salesforce

Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools like Kusto, Grafana, BigQuery, and Kibana

Strong understanding of technical support metrics and best practices

Experience working in the ad-tech industry
