Job Description :Srijan, a Material company, is a global digital engineering firm that helps organisations solve complex technology challenges through deep technical expertise and strategic technology partnerships. We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with hands-on experience in Azure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, availability, performance, and security of cloud-based systems while supporting efficient and automated deployment processes.Responsibilities :- Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, and Azure Storage.- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerised applications using Kubernetes, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.- Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace to identify performance issues, investigate incidents, and minimise service disruptions.- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.- Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Argo CD.- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to improve service reliability.- Apply security and code-quality practices using tools such as JFrog and SonarQube.- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve deployment processes, operational efficiency,



and system resilience.- Support continuous improvement of infrastructure automation, monitoring, incident management, and operational processes.- Work in a 24/7 operational environment, including mandatory weekend and night shifts, to ensure continuous system availability and support.Requirements :- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related role.- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly AKS, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, and Azure Storage.- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerisation.- Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring and observability tools, with Dynatrace preferred.- Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.- Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Argo CD.- Familiarity with security scanning, artifact management, and code-quality tools such as JFrog and SonarQube.- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced production environment.- Willingness to work mandatory 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.- Experience with Databricks, data lakes, or Apache Airflow would be an added advantage.What We Offer :- Professional development opportunities and mentorship.- Hybrid working model with a remote-friendly workplace.- Health and family insurance.- More than 40 leaves per year, along with maternity and paternity perks.- Wellness, meditation, and counselling sessions.
