Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, voucher entries, bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups, GST and TDS compliance, and maintenance of books of accounts.

The candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime and be capable of independently handling routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
Enter sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, contra, debit note, and credit note vouchers in Tally Prime.
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and track outstanding balances.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and coordinate supplier payments.
Prepare and compile data for GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Handle TDS calculations, maintain records, and prepare data for TDS return filing.
Verify sales and purchase invoices, expenses,



and supporting documents.
Perform customer, supplier, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits.
Prepare outstanding reports, account statements, and other routine MIS reports.
Assist with monthly closing and other accounting-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Excellent practical knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good communication, coordination, and payment follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently with accuracy and meet deadlines.
