Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects
Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with Orica's IT PMO standards
Drive project execution to meet timelines, budgets, and business outcomes
Ensure consistent adoption of project methodologies across initiatives
Report on project health, risks, and benefits to key stakeholders

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field

- 5+ years experience in Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- PMP Certification preferred
- SAP/ERP Project delivery experience highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global workplace
