A Fortune 200 global organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding people team. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will own core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, and help build a people function that scales cleanly as the centre grows.
People Operations
Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance
Coordinate engagement, communication, and HR programmes
Help roll out HR policies as the centre staffs up
1 to 5 years in HR, people operations, or HR generalist roles
~ Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Understanding of Indian employment and compliance norms
An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
