Our Finance Shared Services (FSS), located in Bengaluru, India is looking to strengthen its teams in preparation of an imminent Global finance transformation with exciting new positions being created in multiple functions.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards

- Assist in preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
- Understand, monitor, and communicate key drivers behind the salary control account process
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
- 3 to 6 years of experience working in the accounting function of a sizeable international company
- Technically proficient in preparing and reviewing management accounts, budget and forecasts
- Experience in working for a consultancy business, especially an engineering consultancy, would be a significant advantage




- Knowledge and experience of the following would be an advantage: Oracle ERP Oracle EPM (ePBCS)
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.) and exposure to Power BI

. Strong planning and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze information and processes.
Bachelor's degree - Preferably B'Com / Master's degree

- Part qualified CA, CMA, ACCA (not mandatory)
