Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with project managers
Follow up with candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
Learn and support general HR operations when needed
