Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural software such as STAAD.Pro and/or ETABS. Revit/SAFE is a plus.

- Positive understanding of site practices, construction methods, and quality control.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office for calculations and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
- Experience with low-rise or mid-rise residential projects.
- Interest in sustainable, eco-friendly, and cost-effective building techniques.
