Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.

- Manage and maintain the candidate database, tracking all interactions and updates in the recruitment pipeline.
- Build and maintain a strong talent network by leveraging social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding for selected candidates.




- Stay updated on hiring trends and market conditions in BPO, Finance, and KPO industries to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within BPO, Finance, or KPO roles.

- Proficiency with ATS systems and job posting platforms.
- Ability to meet deadlines and recruitment targets.
- Experience in building and maintaining a strong talent network.
