Creative Producers for Social Media
REZRECT is on a mission to help creators, experts, and brands grow their audience and monetize their skills through high-performing content. We're building our founding team and looking for 3 Creative Producers who can take a content idea from concept to final cut and own the entire pipeline.

As a core part of our founding team, you'll work closely with the founder to shape the creative direction, lead projects end-to-end, and handle the full creative pipeline yourself until you're deeply familiar with the workflow and ready to build and manage your own micro-team of scripters and editors.

This is not just a scripting or editing job. You'll be ideating video concepts, writing sharp scripts with recording instructions, and editing the video, bringing the vision to reality. You need a creative mind that can visualize the final output while scripting, and technical skill to execute it.

We integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, and Elevenlabs across our workflows to boost creative output, improve quality, and move faster; and we're looking for creatives who can confidently work alongside these systems.

Write scripts for Reels and YouTube (including recording directions)
Edit short-form and long-form videos end-to-end using tools like CapCut, Premiere, Resolve, etc.
Match editing to mood, music, and pacing to maximize impact
Work closely with the founder to align creative direction and brand voice
Track what performs, iterate quickly, and push content quality forward
A creator's eye: strong visual sense, storytelling instinct, and editing-first thinking
Must be able to see the final video while writing the script
Fluent with transitions, pacing, music, effects, and basic cinematography
Comfortable using AI tools to boost both creative quality and production speed
Solid editing skills with proven experience creating content for social platforms
Bonus: Familiarity with social strategy, analytics, or content systems
