This is a full-time in office role for an Industrial Relations Manager located in Mumbai. The Industrial Relations Manager will be responsible for tasks related to collective bargaining, employee relations, labor relations, labor and employment law, and implementing HR policies.

Experience in Industrial Relations,and labor laws .
Understanding of IR policies , Factory Act , Industrial Dispute Act & Industrial Relations Code .
Experience in handling negotiations of union.
Experience in the Facilities Management industry or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field

6+Years of experience in the given field of Industrial Relations

- Bachelor's degree in LAW
